We’re excited to share that NEDP has been selected to continue partnering with the Town of Needham to provide out-of-school-time programming. We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to continue serving Needham students and families, and we appreciate your interest in our program. Enrollment for the 2026–2027 school year will open on May 1 at 7:00 AM. Registrations submitted before 7:00 AM on 5/1 will be moved to the end of the queue. You are welcome to create your parent portal in advance, and then select classes when enrollment opens on 5/1. Families may register using this  link.  PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO READ THE BREAKDOWN OF HOW WE LIST THE CLASSES SO THAT YOU ARE CHOOSING THE CORRECT GRADE LEVEL Classes are listed by site, then grade and lastly day of week. For example- N K M is NEWMAN, KINDERGARTEN, MONDAY (hot tip- the K classes are at THE BOTTOM). I suggest filtering by SESSION AND LOCATION  (26-27). You will also need to click "show full classes" If you are confused during the process- PLEASE EMAIL and do not add your child to multiple grade level waitlists.  After you submit your request: We will notify you of your admitted days within 3 business days via email. A one-time, non-refundable $75 registration fee will be charged upon admission. A deposit for June 2027 (one month’s tuition) will be due on 7/1.  Please note that we treat “adding to the waitlist” the same as requesting days to avoid over-enrollment. In some cases, families may be admitted even if they initially select waitlist options. We encourage families to register as early as possible, as space is limited and programs often fill quickly. Tuition is due on the first of each month and is the same regardless of the number of weeks per month. All other charges for additional time at the program are incurred separately. Going to Summer Bridges or ESY? Come hang with us at NEDP after! Once again NEDP will be partnering with the Summer Bridge program to offer extended day care until 4:00 PM each day! Students can look forward to spending their afternoons with our NEDP staff, enjoying a mix of engaging and fun activities including Discovery Labs, Creation Stations, and FitKids. It’s a great way to continue the day with hands-on exploration, creativity, and active play in a familiar and supportive environment. Program Details: Enrollment will begin on 4/15 at 12:00 PM and end on 6/1 at 6:00 pm Enrollment is offered on a weekly basis ($250 per week) The program will run for the 4 weeks of Summer Bridge only Full payment is due by 6/1/25 How to Enroll: Currently enrolled families: Please log into your parent portal and enroll (filter classes by session and select “25 Summer”) New to NEDP: You can create a parent portal and enroll using the “26 Summer” session. A one-time $50 registration fee will apply. If your family is in need of financial assistance, or if you received support last summer, please reply to this email and we will follow up with next steps. We accept childcare vouchers and require any family applying for financial assistance to add themselves to the voucher waitlist. Instructions and further information are available upon request. Any allergy/health condition requiring treatment: -Complete the Individual Health Care Plan (medication consent/health treatment plan) which must be signed by you and your child’s physician. All medications must be in their original containers with current affixed prescription labels. Please note, NEDP does not have access to medications in the Nurse’s Office.
